This Privacy Policy explains how RNS STAR LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use AI Art Generator – ArtGenie (the “App”). We built the App to be privacy-respecting: you do not need to create a named account, and we collect only what is needed to provide the service.
1. Information We Collect

2. How AI Generation Works
To generate or edit images, your prompts and any images you provide are transmitted to and processed by our AI provider, OpenAI, on our behalf. This processing is necessary to deliver the core feature you requested. Your prompts and images are also screened for safety. You should not upload images of other people without their consent, or any content you are not permitted to use.
Camera and photo access. With your permission, the App can use your camera (to take a photo) and your photo library (to choose an existing photo) only when you actively choose to add an image — as a reference, a picture to edit, or an avatar selfie. The App never captures, records, or accesses your camera or photos in the background. A photo you add is uploaded solely to process that request (see “How AI Generation Works” above) and is retained only as long as needed to do so (see “Data Retention”). Saving a generated image back to your photo library also requires your permission. We do not use your photos for advertising or sell them.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide the App’s core features (generation, editing, avatars, gallery).
- To process purchases and manage your credit balance and subscription.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To operate, debug, and improve the App.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- OpenAI — to generate and moderate content, as described above.
- Apple — for in-app purchases, subscriptions, and (if you use it) Sign in with Apple.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and IP-intelligence services that operate the App on our behalf.
- Legal — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and generations while your account is active so your gallery and balance remain available. Uploaded source images used for editing/avatars are retained only as long as needed to process and serve your request. You can ask us to delete your data (see “Your Rights”).
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), secure token storage in the device keychain, and credentialed databases. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at support@rnsagency.com. You can also delete your data by removing your account from within the App or by contacting us.
9. International Transfers
We and our providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
